My intent is to lead the audience to reflect on man’s modern dependence on technological advancement, its universal inclusion in all aspects of our lives, ask critical questions regarding the damage that our technology is creating and its possibly irrevocable dangers.
I juxtaposed both the familiar organic and technological in a setting of unfamiliarity. Common produce and plants were chosen and mended with technology to create a contradicting illusion of unity.
What was I thinking? I could have made a good vegetable minestrone soup with all that. But I shouldn’t hinder creativity whence the creative juices start flowing. So, a little green, a little elapsed time and what do you know? Badabing! The veggie gets it and I end up with a pretty neat picture. lol
As I said before it’s a whacky work in progress so look out for new additions to the series. It’s all kind of experimental not sure where I’m taking it or how committed I am to the series but I’ll mention if and when I add any new additions. Hopefully I’ll get better at the staging and effects (no Photoshop used here by the way) and my later work will invoke a bit more ughs and ahs. (is that phonetically spelt right? Ugh, ah, I dunno...)

and YES you could have TOTALLY made a good vegetable minestrone soup with the veggies too...speaking of which, do you have a kick ass veggie minestrone soup recipe? im looking for one...

and yes "Ugh" and "ah" are phonetically correct.
