This was actually a class assignment. The idea was to capture images of the body.
The act of smoking pot as a means to an intellectual end seems to me a contradiction.
The gateway drug, because it is a gateway to non action, forgetfulness, couch-calisthenics, and incessant consumption of all things digestible and if left unattended could lead to dreadlocking, hails to Selassie and the possible joining of a hippie commune on a beach in Costa Rica…
In my opinion, such a course of action would probably result in your forgetting what it was you were trying to accomplish in the first place.
In fact, you probably have already forgotten that you left this comment.

I in no way meant that I needed to smoke to understand your work. I just said I didn't understand what I was feeling with it. And insisted that maybe I should smoke to open my mind. Meaning letting go of what my mind (due to media and all other types of stuff) tells me is art. so I can see your work in a different way.
And I in no way think that by smoking weed I would be in some way more intelligent. I do smoke and see nothing wrong with it but trust my life is on point and will stay that way. Cause I was never the type to sit around, smoke and wait for things to happen. I work hard for what I want. Again sorry if I offended you, cause that was not my intentions.
