At the moment, I am currently experiencing an ideological / identity crisis. It is starting to spill over onto the site and my result in more edits, changes and. or additions.
If you happen to notice a few missing entries, fret not, I am just revisiting my position on certain topics that I am internally struggling with.
I have also unpublished the “me pix” link. I am thinking of making it more into a pictorial timeline sort of thing. So get ready for some geeky high school pictures. I will also be adding more scanned images of circa mid century Cuba that I have gathered from family archives (Dusty boxes in dark corners). Included will be pictures of the much then celebrated orchestra that belonged to my great grandfather who was a real-life Ricky Ricardo. I will also include scanned images of advertisements and articles from old Cuban newspapers mentioning the group or my GGF. Eventually I would also like to add a picture album link. In it I would like to add random pictures of family friends and places, along with short blurbs. I think that an ongoing cartoon series would be cool addition. I just have to figure out a style and its characters. I don’t know... I have hundreds of ideas on things I would like to add to the page.
I have a million more ideas. What about you? Any ideas for Cubanizm additions?
I would like to see " baby Yusef " in his prime running around so carefree,or you with longer hair would be interesting.
Maybe you could record yourself reading one of your poems, so your visitors can put a voice with you words.
A " time line " from brith to present day pictures would be cool to.
I have alreday started toying with the idea of voice streamed enteries. The worst aspect of it, at the moment, is the size of the files and the need to prerecord for any small oral mishap. Speaking of long hair. I cut mine off yesterday.

perhaps a 'blackbook' of sorts? something to involve the readers. cause i know a lot more read your shit than who actually comment on your posts. they could maybe post free verse, poetry, paintings, sketches, digital art, or whatever the hell else they want....
