OH MY!, Yusef that turkey looks damn good;umm ummm, I can taste it. Look at all the juice, I know it was great
It was a chicken and it was quite yummy. 'Only preoblem was that two people can't eat that much bird at one sitting. So I have loads of chicken-leftover recepites in mind.

I used apples, garlic, onion, Spanish olives, Green/red peppers and top-secret spices.
Adobo is not a top-secret spice last time I checked......just jokein -wink-
