▲ 'At work making Amaretto almond cookies. Yes, I know I have flour on my forehead. I wont have that problem for long though since the owners at the resturant are pinching pennies and have decided to no longer keep an in-house pastery line staff. It sucks because it'll will set me back finacially further than I already am.

I'm very sorry to hear about you losing your job. Keep your head up man. You seem very smart and skilled I'm sure you will find another job in no time. Good luck and stay up.

Mmm cookies...lol, liked the 'My Replacement' part :P Losing a job sucks but there are more out there.

Sorry to hear that man...keep your head up..better things to come..God Bless. New to this site but really like it..keep up the great work.

Hey I'm new to this site and read about your situation. I wanted to know if you are only skilled in making pastries or do you know other things. My cousin is a Chef like yourself, and I believe he's looking for chefs skilled in different areas for the restaurant he works for in Manhattan. Let me know....

I know the last thing you want to hear is pity in the voices of others. So, I'll just say that you look very cute with the batter on your forhead. Like a little kid who made a mess in the kitchen.
