El Farito

Today it is all about relaxation. Yesterday was excruciating! We left the party about 3 hours prior to check out and no one wanted to drive. I ended up driving a good 80 percent of the way while everyone slept. I was exhausted by the time we dropped people off and I arrived at Hialeah. I slept most of the day. So today I plan to recuperate my energy by treating my body to a nice long day of relaxation. I woke up fairly early and headed out to Miami’s posh Brickel for an one hour long full body massage, while Tibetan chants and hot stones brought me to and fro consciousness. After wards I laid and napped on a lounge chair on a balcony terrace overlooking a calm blue Biscayne Bay for another hour. It was a great start to an early morning. My friend and I headed to La Carretta, a Cuban restaurant and ate our share of Creole Caribbean cooking. We headed out to the beach after a little puff-puff action in the car. The beach was pristine and perfect. The water was great and I welcomed the extra warm pigmentation that would later serve as proof of a great vacation. After about three hours it got a little over cast. I rented “Funcycles” and had a fucking blast. After a wilderness refractory period rest I peddled back to the car and contemplated a day well spent.
